*The Gold Security Package is best used for facilities that are looking to evaluate security risk and to implement solutions within 1-2 years of the date of the report (and who have security providers they wish to utilize) .
The Platinum Security Package is the ultimate standard in Condominium and Facility Security. It combines three different expert designations to best ensure that your investment is protected to the highest standard. The package starts with a Security Audit / Assessment of the property to identify both risks and threats to the property. This is completed using the security standards as set out by ASIS in the realm of Physical Security, and incorporates the knowledge and experience from the PSP (Physical Security Professional) designation. Once the report has been presented to the facility, 3D Security Services will assist in the implementation, prioritization, and budgeting of the approved upgrades. This is completed using the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation from ACMO as we will help differentiate between Reserve Fund and Operating Expenses. These expenses, where appropriate, will be incorporated into the Condominium Funding Schedule (RFS).
